HealthiestYou offers a user friendly app that allows members to reach a physician with the touch of a button, 24/7 no matter where you are. The enhanced features offered within the application include:

    24/7 Unlimited Doctor Access

    Contact a licensed physician anytime, anywhere, at no charge. The physician is able to diagnose and treat many illnesses during a phone consultation and even prescribe medications as needed.

    Prescription Savings

    Geo-based prescription searches are available to find the best prescription deal in the area with savings of up to 85%. This feature often helps beat plan copays with access to special deals on more than 5,000 medications at over 100,000 pharmacies.

Enrollment Options


CHC offers a variety of enrollment options to accommodate every client’s needs including telephonic, online, EDI file transfer, paper or spreadsheet submission. CHC will assist with the enrollment option that is best for you, ensuring a positive experience.

Telephonic Enrollment


CHC provides a convenient online enrollment tool which is located in our Member Portal on the “Members” page of this website. If you have chosen to offer your employees online enrollment for your CHC plan offering, they will have access to the online enrollment tool. Enrollment reports are submitted to you for eligibility confirmation and payroll deductions. This option is provided at no additional cost to you and can be combined with other enrollment options. The online enrollment feature may be available to your employees during open enrollment only, or year round. After submitting an online enrollment, your employees receive an email confirming completion of their enrollment.

Online Enrollment

EDI File Transfers

CHC provides a seamless file transfer from payroll to your benefit administrator system, to CHC. We will work directly with your benefit administrator to provide full specs, perform file testing and data transfer, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Please note: The minimum number of employees must be enrolled to avoid a $150 monthly EDI administrative fee.

Paper Enrollment

For a traditional approach, employers can manage their eligibility by submitting completed paper enrollment forms directly to CHC. All forms will be reviewed and manually processed by the eligibility department. Clients are free to create their own enrollment forms or CHC can provide enrollment materials.

Spreadsheet Submission

A paperless enrollment solution for small to mid-size employers is to provide an excel spreadsheet directly to CHC. The eligibility department will review and process all enrollments received during the open enrollment period and any new hires, terminations and changes throughout the year.

Single Source Billing (SSB)

CHC customization never means additional administration; we make it easy by providing one consolidated bill. With single source billing (SSB), you can offer multiple benefits such as life insurance, short term disability, vision, dental and more from multiple carriers and reconcile them all on one bill. This option allows you to offer as many voluntary benefits as you would like without the added administrative burden and costs. CHC integrates enrollment, member services, billing and other services for a seamless experience.

Assistance with ACA Compliance and Reporting

CHC can help assess our client’s exposure to ACA penalties and recommend options to minimize or eliminate them. CHC offers a variety of plans to address the different employee and employer penalties while maintaining affordability for the hourly population. CHC provides all clients with the documentation needed to file the required reports with the IRS, and can assist in a consultative role with any questions regarding the mandate, compliance, and reporting.
