Network Participation


CHC has partnered with MultiPlan (PHCS) to provide network services to our members. All CHC benefit plans (except for Minimum Value Plans and the MEC Enhanced Provider Choice plans) utilize MultiPlan (PHCS) networks to reduce our members’ out-of-pocket costs.

Filing a Claim


Network providers should bill CHC directly for services rendered to CHC members. CHC will apply the appropriate discounts to the claim and will send payment with an explanation of payment (EOP) upon processing the claim.
