Century offers a variety of enrollment options to accommodate every client’s needs including telephonic, online, EDI file transfer, paper or spreadsheet submission. Century will assist with the enrollment option that is best for you, ensuring a positive experience.
Our dedicated enrollment center can manage eligibility throughout the year and provide not only enrollment assistance, but answer any benefit questions your employees may have. Employees are able to speak to a bilingual enrollment specialist Monday-Friday, 7:30am-7:30pm. This service is available for an additional cost. Please contact your Century Sales Representative for details.
Century provides a convenient online enrollment tool which is located in our Member Portal on the “Members” page of this website. If you have chosen to offer your employees online enrollment for your Century plan offering, they will have access to the online enrollment tool. Enrollment reports are submitted to you for eligibility confirmation and payroll deductions. This option is provided at no additional cost to you and can be combined with other enrollment options. The online enrollment feature may be available to your employees during open enrollment only, or year round. After submitting an online enrollment, your employees receive an email confirming completion of their enrollment.
Century provides a seamless file transfer from payroll to your benefit administrator system, to Century. We will work directly with your benefit administrator to provide full specs, perform file testing and data transfer, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Please note: The minimum number of employees must be enrolled to avoid a $150 monthly EDI administrative fee.
For a traditional approach, employers can manage their eligibility by submitting completed paper enrollment forms directly to Century. All forms will be reviewed and manually processed by the eligibility department. Clients are free to create their own enrollment forms or Century can provide enrollment materials.
A paperless enrollment solution for small to mid-size employers is to provide an excel spreadsheet directly to Century. The eligibility department will review and process all enrollments received during the open enrollment period and any new hires, terminations and changes throughout the year.
